Ariana Grande-Butera is a gallant American singer and actress who sprung into stardom through the ‘Broadway musicals. The singer was born on June 26, 1993 in Florida, US, to Edward Butera and Joan Grande. 

Ariana started acting and singing as a young girl, appearing in the 2008 Broadway play 13 and various TV shows. She got her breakthrough in 2010 after landing a role on the famous Nickelodeon TV series Victorious. When the show was halted in 2013, Grande joined Sam & Cat (2013–14) as the lead star.

Body Workouts (3+ Days Every Week)

Ariana does body weight workouts based on her schedule. However, she works out at least three days every week. She enjoys and prioritizes the following: 

Cardio Training

For cardio, Ariana spends 20-30 minutes on the elliptical, treadmill, or bike.

Strength Training

For strength and endurance, she does three rounds of the following exercises:

  • Skater lunges (60 seconds).
  • Walking lunges (60 seconds).
  • Reverse lunges (60 seconds).

This exercise involves swinging your legs as you lower your knees to the floor. It involves 30 reps of 5 sets. 

Walking lunge

Walk forward as you dip your knees to the ground while taking deep breaths. Do five sets of 30 repetitions. 

Reverse Lunge

Stand with your feet apart, and drop one knee down to the ground. Alternate the legs for five sets of 30 reps.             

Superman

Raise your chest and thighs while lying face down with your legs and arm extended. Try to rebuild your position for five sets of 30 reps. 

Pike Planks

Raise your hips, contract your ribs, and lift your feet like you are inspecting them. Do five consecutive sets, each with 30 reps. 

Daily Fitness Activities 

Ariana has set a goal of 12,000 – 1400 steps every single day. Instead of hitting the gym, Grande prefers to walk a lot. Although the daily target seems far-fetched, her lifestyle allows her to attain it effortlessly.
