Jump rope is an easy way to squeeze a workout in, especially if you have no equipment or no time. I find sometimes I’d get bored of running, so on my next cardio day, to mix things up, I would try to jump rope. Most people underestimate it, but it actually has effects on me that are similar to running. I’d find myself breathing hard after an interval!
